Jabba Connect & Shapiro Shaik Defries

I was contacted by Jabba connect about a year ago offering me a phone and contract. I distinctly said to the sales person that i've had eye surgery and need a big screen and the option to enlarge the font. the Sales person assured me that should the phone not suit my needs - then the phone can be returned. within an hour of receiving it - i contacted them to return the package.

It took their courier company weeks to collect the phone.

Now all of a sudden am i harassed by Shapiro Shaik Defries for an astronomical amount of monies owed to Jabba Connect. the Worst part of all this is that Shapiro bombard me with mails, text messages and phone calls but they refuse to read the mails and the proof that the phone was returned. I also notice that within a period of a month the outstanding balance jumped by a substantial amount (their fees I persume).

I need the name of the courier company who Jabba used to track the return of the parcel myself. as at the time of collection i was in hospital and the phone was collected from the reception desk at my work place.

I just dont know how to put an end to this nightmare as this will eventually affect my credit record.
