ITC profile not updated after settlement

I paid my account in full January already but they haven't updated on my credit profile how long does it take for an updated. They were continously calling for funds but they themselves can do the right thing. I'm sure if I was white I would been assisted a long time ago. These white ladies don't want to updated my ITC it's Antonette Witbooi and Crecelda Van Wyk
