ITC NOT UPDATED
I settled my account in June and was advised that it would take 30 days - 48 days to clear update my information with the necessary credit bureaus. However I have been sent from pillar to post regarding a follow up on the matter. This is really having a negative impact on my credit.

Kindly note that SSDA did not list you on the credit bureau, therefore we will not be able to update your ITC records. Please contact Tenacity for assistance.
