interest that comes from nowhere

<p>i made several payment on this account and whats surprising is that the debt was initially around R400 and to my surprsie after making all those payments the debt is still at around r400 again, i have all the records of all the transactions i have made and if not sorted out i have to approach the Ombudsman</p> <p>i will not make another payment into this debt collecting scheme that does nothing but take advantage of debtors</p> <p>on top of that i get someone calling me this morning and when i aksed her whats my balance she gives me a stupid sigh with attitude</p>
