*********** Staff & Wrogly accused

I first would like to say this company represent Cell C with following up on outstanding payments. A lady named Jeanette contacted me on the 13th February 2023 to advice that I failed to pay my Cell C account and listed me on the credit bureau. I requested Jeanette to send me the proof of the months that I am in arrears and Jeanette advised she will get back in 7 working days. I had no feedback from her until today the 02/03/2023 when I decided to follow up. Jeanette was not available, I requested to speak to her manager that after holding for several minutes a person called Aubrey advised he is the supervisor, I then explained my frustration and he promised to call me back before 9am today 2023/03/02. I am still waiting for his call. Then I received a mail from Jeanette at 11H15 2023/03/02 with a mail that included the Statement from Cell C and SSDA. When I opened the statement, it only gives me the amount that I need to pay without any proof what months I am in arrears. I don't think any person will just pay any amount without proof what you are paying for. I think the worst is to deal with *********** people and not sure why they are working in a law firm with no skills. Maybe just to keep the seat warm?? I wonder how many people are on the credit bureau like me for *********** people listing them because they can't read a mail or respond with the correct info requested. This also affect my credit status for no reason. I am sure these *********** people did not even look at my payments I have attached on my mail I have sent to them or try to reconcile it. Oh but with no proof from Cell C how would that be possible? I have also sent a mail last year to Cell C to cancel my contract and still have not succeeded in doing that. They keep billing me and I am paying but they still have no proof of payments in arrears. I want to see how quickly they will sort this out as I am so ready to go to the ombudsman for both and maybe take this a step further. If they can proof me wrong and give me the months outstanding, I will gladly pay but to date I have not seen any date or month that am in arrears.
