*********** and rude!

I am being harassed on a daily basis for an account which for which I do not owe a cent. I have the proof that the amount was cleared and sent it to this company on 08 October 2021 at 08:39 after speaking to a male person. Since then I receive phone calls before 8 am in the mornings from women demanding money. Mostly the phone call dies after I answered it with no response on the other side or the phone call gets rudely ended trying to explain the situation to them. I also sent a letter of complaint to them from their website with no response. Not even their management is taking any accountability of their co-worker's actions! Either their personnel are *********** or they do not know what they should be doing.
