Incompetence Impresses me (for a 2nd time)

wheeeeere do you find your employees , procedures , systems??????<br> <br> because <br> 1. your employees can NOT read a basic English worded email<br> 2. your system OBVIOUSLY does not cater for comments to be made, or your employees simply do not bother to make or read comments.<br> <br> You contacted me 03/07/2015 regarding a Nashua account to which I rep**** on 04/07/2015 that payment will be processed on the 26/07/2015<br> <br> on 09/07/2015 you email me AGAIN to which I rep**** on the 10/07/2015 that payment will be made on the 26/07/2015.<br> <br> 16/07/2015 you email me AGAIN, to which I rep**** to Grace Moloi and and Ivy Moyo that I have ALREADY made payment arrangements for 26/07/2015 - up until today neither Grace or Ivy responded.<br> <br> 20/072015 I AGAIN receive a email from Nompumelelo Zulu regarding the SAME account?<br> <br> And here comes the punch line - you IMBECILES charge me almost R20.00 per email! <br> <br> I have sent various emails to Ivy and Grace and the info email address regarding the above, asking to please REMOVE these charges as I have made a payment arrangement the very 1st time I received correspondence regarding the account?<br> <br>
