Incompetence and unprofessional Debt collectors

This Company is the most unprofessional Debt collection company ever. The staff dont do their jobs. The Team leader Sifiso doesn't return phonecalls or emails. Nobody gets back to a person. I was handed over in error by Discovery. I already paid the amount outstanding on 6 September 2024. I sent proof of payment to Discovery. Discovery failed to advise Debt collectors and also supp**** contact details of 2009 to the debt collectors. 16 years ago info that doesnt exist!!! The debt collectors were contacted on 11 Feb 2025 to advise that the amount was paid last year. Proof of payment was given. The correct contact details were given. Discovery has sent the statements showing no amount is outstanding. So all the Debt collectors must do is update payment on their side and reverse fees and charges after date of payment. It is now 4 March and this has still not been done!!! Sifiso ignores phonecalles and emails and doesnt return my calls. He is a supposed "Teamleader" but should not be in any leadership position as this matter was escalated to him and has STILL NOT been resolved! Please can Management assist with this matter urgently
