INACTION NON RESOLUTION FROM Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates

I started to get SMS's from this firm threatening legal action for unpaid monies from DSTV. (I actually thought it was a **** as I have not used DSTV for over 5 years!!!!) I must say I am astonished at the assertion that I have been handed over for “collection” to SSDA by DSTV. I have never used DSTV (For March 2024?? which this bill is for?) I cancelled my subscription years ago! (I actually don’t even know where my decoder and my smart card actually are !!) – I have however had telephone calls from people begging me to re-subscribe??- (maybe the DSTV call centre agents are ****ming themselves and reconnecting arbitarily ?) The FACTS however are as follows: Their statement refers to charges from 28 March 2024!?? I have never ever EVER asked to be reconnected to DSTV and I challenge DSTV to provide me with the proof of this authority from myself? I haven’t watched DSTV for over 3 years! I am still not connected? In fact if you follow their very frustrating Whatsapp AI system and try to DSTV cancel services it tells me I have no DSTV services to cancel!?

I would say this to DSTV / Multichoice and SSDA 1.You cannot simply “create clients” who never rwanted to be reactivated and send bills for nothing. Because I am not one, - ever, and never ever will be one again! Nor was I ever a client in March 2024 2.I will contest this bill and not pay it. This is simply nonsense! If you take judgement I will sue this firm SSDA and report them to the LAW SOCIETY for not even trying to resolve this issue. I have emailed *** and *** and got resonses from Francinah and Tebogo stating "if the statement says you owe the money then I must pay it"- which is frankly rediculous! WHO WOULD PAY A BILL FOR A SERVICE YOU NEVER ASKED TO SUBSCRIBE TO and NEVER EVER USED OR WAS AWARE OF!!? I have asked all of these above people to please provide a supervisor name and email addess at SSDA in order for me to resolve this but my requests and oncerns are ignored! And still are!! I have brought all of this to this firms attention and continue to be HARRASSED by this firm via sms and phone calls! It would appear there are no pills for the stupid and the uninterested, at this firm they simply refuse to put me in touch with a decision maker? I see there are exeactly or similar complaints for other DSTV related complaints against this same firm! I can be reached on *** if anyone at this SSDA firm is interested?
