I want my paid up letter URGENTLY!!!!
I had an account with Wonga which is handled by SSDA now.I spoke to one of their consultant and he promised if I pay off my account I will receive my paid up letter.I have been calling and sending emails but haven’t received my paid up letter even today.when you call agents cut the call or they promise to send the letter but they don’t fulfill their promise.SSDA I am taking you to ombudsman to deal with you because you are ******** who rob people and ruin peoples credit record because you are not trustworthy.
