I want my paid up letter

Since 2021 I have been asking for a letter from them everytime I get a response the request has been sent I am not sure if this request was sent to Mount Everest with a message on foot but still today no letter every month I ask for the letter and the same response I get The request has been sent So who has this request been sent to This is utter just ******* waiting for 2yrs for a letter
