I WANT MY PAID UP LETTER
I received a settlement offer from this company regarding an outstanding Lewis Store account which was handover to them. The offer was for me to pay before end January 2024. I paid within a week of receiving the offer from them… little did I know the nightmare was starting. From receiving the settlement offer within minutes to me having to beg for a paid up letter, emails bing ignored, phones calls that don’t go anywhere close to having the paid up letter being sent. I don’t know what else to do. I need my paid up letter and Lewis store account closed or get my money back because this is ridiculous to be honest
