I need my paid up letter and the account removed under my namel

I paid up my Finchoice with this company and still have not received my paid up letter and the count is still showing under my account please help

I have not even received my paid up letter I have send million email no one is responding

Agents keeps on calling me for an account that I paid up this is so **** en stupid

I spoke to different people including a TL Mzizi Thokozani and portia Mamogale what a bad service this is

This people were responding to my emails when that wanted me to pay up the loan now tha account is paid up they ignore my email
