I don't want to wait 21 working days for a settlement letter

<p>So, i wanted to settle my oustanding debt and you guys give me the settlement amount. I paid it and now have to call you to find out if the payment was received. Upon request for a settlement letter i get told i have to wait 21 working days. WHYYYY?????????? All other attorneys gives you a letter within 2 days of receiving the payment. By the look of all the complaints on here you people dont seem to give a darn about the issue at hand but please, i am trying to get financial freedom and iI WANT A LETTER SOONER!!!!!</p>
