I am very disappointed in home choice and shapiro shaik

I have settled my account with Home choice and paid a fee of R560 to Shapiro shaik since the account was handed over but now they say i still owe R750 as excess fee to shapiro shake and i feel its not fair because its having a negative impact on my record
