I am still waiting for your email I NEED MY LIFE BACK

I had a loan with Capitec that was handed over to Shapiro Shaik in 2019 and I settled it, but Capitec told me that they need a court letter from Shapiro Shaik that I have requested a couple of times to be sent to Capitec and nothing is happening when I go to Capitec they still have a hold on thier system and it is really frustrating because it's messing up my life I can't take any credit. May I please get cleared I need my life back.
