How much longer???

I had a Markhams account that was in arrears and was harassed by calls and sms’s to have the payment made in order to have my credit rating restored. SSDA offered me a discounted rate to clear off this account, I made one payment for the full outstanding amount to get SSDA off my back. I was promised I should receive my paid up letter within 7 working days of the payment being received. However, nothing! I have contacted their offices only to be told “it has been requested”. Us as your “clients” do our part, why not do yours after harassing us for months??????????????? Call backs have been promised, not even that has been done! Pathetic.

I will not be stating my next steps regarding the matter to get this resolved on this social platform. After reading all the complaints regarding your service delivery, it has got me questioning if there was ever a discounted rate??

I have a feeling more monies will be asked for in the near future. And to whoever is reading this, believe me, you shall receive nothing more but a big F off if I have to deal with you again after my case has been resolved, that’s to say if my case ever gets resolved.
