Horrible,nasty and rude call agents!

Horrible call agents!

Got a call from an agent. In my acknowledging of the account and telling her in the middle of something, she became very rude,with nasty comments.

I asked her for the call reference number, she tells me that I don't intimidate her and she just drops the call.

A minute down the line a colleague of hers calls me and when I raise the issue,she just brushes it aside.

It seems like this company's call agents have been doing this for a while,according to reviews I'm reading online.

I really want to raise this issue up with their superiors and they must change their attitudes.
