Horrible service

When I wasn't working you people was harassing me for payment non stop. Now that the account was paid in full your'll not not giving me the paid up letter its past 21 working day and plus the 48 hours you'll said it will take to receive it .I'm tired of calling every day and still not getting my letter from your'll.
