Horrible service and dishonest money making

I had a Discovery account that was handed over to this company. I've been phoned several times by very rude people from this company requesting me to pay. I've explained to them that I was unemployed and did not earn an income. They could not care less. I requested a statement and to my surprise there are calls, emails and registered letters on the list to the value of R20 each. I have not received registered letter, I have not received calls or emails on the same day. I requested settlement from Discovery, which I then paid. Now I must still pay more to this company than the original amount that was handed over. This is the most ********* way of making money. It is my word against theirs on communications received.
