Horrible most clueless people work for this company!!!!

Absolutely appalling service, these people have no idea what they are doing. I personally picked up my phone yesterday to request a detailed statement and settlement balance I have still not received anything. How difficult can it be to simply provide a settlement balance?? How difficult can it be to simply provide me with a statement so I know exactly what I am paying for??
