Horrible customer care agents named Janette Chauke

Customer service agents Janette Chauke is incredibly rude and condescending. She speaks over clients and refuses to answer any questions. Her go to is "call after 7 days" because she clearly has no desire to do her job today. She even has the audacity to raise her voice at clients. Appalling.
