HORRIBLE CLIENT EXPERIENCE AND *********** AGENTS

Terrible experience. Agents call to remind you of payment. You make an arrangement ,they don't honor it. They come up with different figures each time. Agents extremely *********** and undertrained. Most inconsistent client service iv ever witnessed. After paying them in full they still refuse to give me a paid up letter. Literally they keep promising to send paid up letter but they never do. It's been a while waiting and still counting. It's a no from me.
