Highly irate

Highly irate received smses about my account being handed over. I called and emailed for the way forward no one responded,so I called again last week Friday the lady advised she will send me and sms with the amount due I have still received no correspondence since and I have been following up and no knows who I have spoken to. I'm supposed to be assisted with the case but I have to do all the work myself.
