HARRASMENT FOR ACCOUNT THAT IS NOT MINE

I was listed as a contact when the person of interest opened account. It's almost a year now that I have told your call centre that I haven't spoken to the individual in years. I get calls at odd hours of the day - on 12/04/2016 I got a call after 19:00. That is my leisure and family time - you have no right to call me then and even worse I have no business with you. Your call center agents are rude! I have asked time and time again that I be removed from your system. How can you add me and not be able to remove me - surely this means that you have inefficient and useless systems. REMOVE ME FROM YOUR SYSTEMS. IF MY DETAILS ARE NOT REMOVED, I'm going to take this further.
