harassment calls, text messages, treats but payment was made on the due date??

<p>I’ve been receiving harassment calls, text messages and treats but payment was made on the due date?? I’ve send the proof to the email ********** and no acknowledgement was send to me?</p> <p>They harass for funds paid to them already, clearly someone there is not doing the job to allocate funds, if they call me every morning for payment then i wonder where is my money i paid them?</p> <p>This is the 1st step I’m taking, if I receive 1more call, email or message treating me, i will go to the Ombudsman, NCR everywhere i can because this is not how a " complainant company " is supposed to act!!</p> <p>I’ve been requesting a statement for the past 2 months, nothing has been send to me, that’s also a noncompliant to law behaviour.</p> <p> </p>
