Harassment

I once got a call from this lady,of course I am owing and I am currently struggling to pay...She ask if I am getting Social Grant for kids.I never felt so belittled when I was asked to pay with the money for the children which at some point is ******* to use their money for my own personal problems and how she spoke to me. I am lately uncomfortable to take thier calls .I am willing to pay out my debts
