HARASSING OF OLD PEOPLE

Good Day. I am writing on behalf of my 75 year old mother. Your call center staff are some of the rudest people ever. My mom closed her Edgars account at Jet Centurion Mall on 12.07.2020 R 1663.43. she also went to Edgars and notified them that the account is closed. Now she gets a phone call every day to inform her on outstanding monies. The one lady told her she will harass her very day after my mom explained the whole closing of account story. This is really very very sad how honest old people gets treated by your company. Acc no *** PLEASE STOP HARASSING HER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Make sure of your facts and take it up with the person who sent the account to you!!!!!
