HARASSING MY WIFE OVER AMOUNTS I DO NOT OWE

Despite posting a previous report about this bunch they continue to harass my wife with continual telephone calls which have absolutely nothing to do with her. How they obtained her cell phone number is a mystery to me, but I consider their actions to be *******, and have advised them that she will open a complaint against them if another call is received from them.

On the positive side, they have reduced their demands from approximately R1 600 to R360 odd, which they maintain that I owe to MTN. In reality, MTN (and before them Autopage Cellular) actually owe me money for amounts that they ********ly debited to my bank account in respect of a faulty cell phone which I returned to them way back in early 2015.

Their business plan is a mystery to me, but it seems that they hope that their constant harassment of creditworthy people who have fallen foul of the renowned inefficiency of cell phone companies, will result in those customers paying amounts that they do not owe, just to make them go away. This is contemptible.
