Harass you and disappear when payment is made.

Have no problem charging you for each call they have made to you or email sent. But as soon as you request information, feedback or proof that your account is settled then months will go by with zero response. I settled my account on 28 October 2020 and once I sent the proof of payment they disappeared, literally feels like I was ****med out of my money and paid R5 743.10 to stop being called. Honestly all I want is a letter to state that the account is paid and my name is cleared from the debt which should be easy, considering the amount paid and the time they have to constantly call and email. Unfortunately I have to give 1star as Hellopeter does not allow 0star ratings. I have never had an issue with SSDA until they disappeared on me I know the company is employed for a reason but this is not TCF.
