Harasment and incompetence

After struggling for almost two years with incorrect statements from Ngwathe Municipality, I eventually found someone to sort the accounts out. We then paid in full and had a credit of R23,549.93. But in April we received messages, mails and threatening letters from Shapiro Shaik and Defries for the amount of R105,485.71. I phoned Dumisa on *** and sent proof of all the payments. They never stopped harassing us. I phoned every time and explained, but they were rude and ***********. They just kept on with the harassment but now the amount is R35,852,88. I called again and spoken to a very strange name, but she was rude and I could hardly understand her very unclear voice. I sent another proof of our latest statement with a credit of R11,947.38. Knowing them, they will also just ignore it. They also added thousands for costs and the usual comment from them is that we must sort out with Ngwathe. Now is the statements not telling them that we do not owe anything?<br> Please help.
