Handed over for no reason

No idea why you guys keeping phoning me for something that has not been outstanding since last year.

I have emailed prove that I don't have anything outstanding, but yet you guys keep phoning me and harrasing me, for no reason!

You guys and cell c are not corresponding, and in the meantime I can't upgrade or do anything, because of this!

Someone must please get back to me today! This is utter nonsense!
