Handed over for an account I closed in 2023

Not Multichoice handing me over to SSD for unpaid account when they have NEVER contacted me before regarding this. I tried reaching out to this SSD company but I'm not getting anywhere, this is going to mess up with my clean credit profile. Someone from Multichoice better contact and soon, never been this upset in my life
