GROSS Incompetence | Lack of Professionalism | Rude

I have requested a final statement since December last year, after numerous emails to the same 4 addresses/people, the requested statement is still not supp****.

I have experienced nothing but incompetence, ZERO professionalism, blatant lack of respect for time, unsuitable requested documentation, abundant rudeness throughout all levels of the organisation, no accountability for poor service delivery, lack of empathy and did I forget to mention, incompetence, wait, let's change that to GROSS INCOMPETENCE, this extends to their electronic systems (mails, CRM, switch board, etc), to their people, their professionalism, which is non-existent to even their receptionists.

It's okay when they call you unannounced and you tell them you can't talk right now, the it at all hours of the morning, before working hours or if you ask them to call later and they don't or when they call unannounced again and you can't talk now because you in a meeting, only to be told they "knock-off" at 2:30 so can't and won't call you back at 2pm nor the next day when you agree on a time.

It's no wonder why DISCOVERY deals with Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates, this work ethic extends to all areas of both these organisations except their billings and invoices departments......Portia M and Francinah Letsoalo...I want my statement, you've had more than enough time to request this from DISCOVERY and have not provided any reasons for the delays, returned any phone call messages or responded to the countless mails!

I would appreciate a proper non "auto-response" to be posted in this forum!
