So basically, when debit order goes off quietly constantly there are no issues, but the moment that their systems somehow doesn't debit your account: they have to charge your account a fee just to call you about the missed debit order (which their system failed to do). Each follow up call is a fee and they call everyday. All I can say is that I hope everyone who works there gets a job when the company closes down.
