Frustration! ******** and unhelpful!

Pathetic service, sent all the documents requested from me. No response via email. Not answering phone, when they do they will call back. Doesn't happen.

They **********ly changed dates on debt that was written off by sequestration. Claiming they are not aware of that.

No customer service whatsoever.
