**********ly updating my credit profile and messing up my life

I had credit card with std bank that I took in May 2013 while I was working then in 2014 February I lost my Job and I started struggling with payments, of which that payment was just R 200 P/M but I couldn't as people were helping me with rent and food until my account was handed over to Shapiro Shaik Defreis & Associates mid 2017 whereby they called me sometime in September 2017, I spoke to a very nice lady and were made arrangements to pay the account R 150 p/m and more if I have more and we opted for a debit order because I had a piece job, So I paid till May or June 2019 then I ran into financial difficulties again, they called me a few times I explain to them what's going on. I'm not sure when they stopped calling but it was still in 2019, I never spoken them since then and I've been applying for a job and get interviews but the companies wouldn't hire me cause I have bad credit since I'm pursuing a career in finance, This year 2022 I decided to check my credit profile so I requested my credit check report, to my surprise I find this company Shapiro Shaik that they keep updating my credit profile with ********** information and the account in question ***, they recorded that I opened it on the 09/07/2019 which is not true and they also say i last paid on the 06/02/2022 which is also incorrect and my installment is R 3432 which is not true, they derived that is installment from what I told them in 2017 that I was paid R 5000, so they recorded their false installment so that I look over in debted or relaying on revolving credit on the credit bureau so that I don't get any credit else until I pay them. So because of their heartless actions I can't get hired anywhere.
