Follow up unprofessional behavior

I have called your office numerous times, no help. 1 First agent tells me the reference that was sent to me is not mine but someone else's. 2. On my credit report query, tells me it is a Foschini account that I opened in July 2019. This not being the case. 3. My latest credit report claims that I have been paying you until February, seeing as I had no knowledge of your company until it appeared on my ITC check this then becomes impossible. 4.One other agent that I got through to screams that my cellphone number is linked to someone else's account and unless I am that person I don't need to worry. I hope your company sorts this out urgently, until then I will be contacting the National Credit Regulator and my lawyer for a way forward. My credit report is my financial reputation.
