Fix it

They are making my life hell. I finished paid my Trueworth account last year already and I got the clearance letter but on my credit score it is still the same. I phone them they have to many excuses this happened that happened when will it be taken off as I already finished pay they say on my clear score I owe them R7 000 and something for what all my accounts is upto date. I want it updated asap because I can't do nothing because of them.
