Fed up...

My avon account was in arrears, I started paying off the money then about 3 months back I start getting calls from Shapiro Shaik Defries And Associates despite having settled the money I owed avon. What's even worse is when I called avon I was told a paid up letter which I had requested and did not get was instead sent to them. I feel harassed and frustrated. They're calling each and everyday sometimes two times a day with different amounts.
