Failing to refund me

I have settled my account on the 29th of September,they told me that they have closed my account and yet debited R300 I called them for refund now they are telling me that they paid it to tenacity ,I called tenacity they don’t know about ,I’m so dissapointed in this company now I must call them every while they know very well that they won’t refund,I’m tired of their empty promises.
