Exuberant Interest Charged - Contravention of Induplum Rule

Thanks kindly for getting SSDA to finally send me my statements after years of request.

I now know why they didn't want to send them from the onset as they've charged interest over 200% over the capital amount which is in contravention of the NCA's Induplum Rule. I have though responded to their email asking them to correct the interest charged inline with the NCA and haven't had a word nor acknowledgement of their receipt to my mail and next steps thereafter.
