Extremely Rude and would not listen on an account

Received a phone call from a Khubalani from SSDA - i see that there are many many complaints on Hello Peter about bad attitude, so i wasn't surprised. Demanding monies on an MTN Account i don't have, have never had. After trying to explain this to him, i demanded that i go to the police station and get an Affidavit to prove that the account was not mine. This is refused to do as its not my problem. told me \fine
