EXTREME BAD SERVICE

I had 2 Cell C accounts with Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates ,I've been asking for paid up letters since last year November 2019 and still has not received it as yet .When they wanted their money they were harassing me but now that i have paid they can't assist with paid up letters, Im very disappointed and wish i never paid the account because its still reflecting on my credit bureau even though i paid the account .Really bad service i must say
