extra debit and not updating my account as paid up

These collection attorneys are stating that i have an outstanding fee of R49 and under transunion they updated that i owed R399, the last debit order i had was set for Feb and in March they debited me again which i reported to the bank to get my money back as they had said it would take 30days to return my cash. This has had a negative impact on credit score. they apologised and said they would fix it as i have the paid up letter and still haven't fixed it. I don't appreciate it and it is negatively affecting my hard work fixing my score , their consultants hang up on me when i call to get assisted. Please assist
