DSTV account

Worst service ever. They called me twice to that my DSTV account has been handed over with an amount of R400. Is a dstv account not a month to month contract? I’m confussed!! Worst part I cancelled my subscription with dstv. I requested that they send me a detailed statement and their response was crazy: “unfortunately we can’t provide you with that ma’am”. Now I’m expected to make payment just by word of mouth.

I contacted DSTV and I was told that they do not hand over any accounts and they don’t work with these people.
