**** - DONT SETTLE WITH THEM, THEY WILL HARASS AND BULLY YOU

I had a =n edcon account that i defaulted on sometime. I made an agreement with Martha Kuki Kekana from Shapiro Shaik & Associates to pay 75% by 31 july. She sent me a settlement letter stating the terms and adding the agreed 25% discount. I made the payment and sent the POP as agreed. Now, according to them, the agreement is null and void because i never called after receiving the Settlement, i just paid. i was suppose to call them first and then make payment????? They are refusing to send me a paid up letter and i get 20 calls a day from rude consultants demanding i pay R1100. I have lodged a complaint with the National finance ombudsman. these people are a ****, don't make any agreements with them, they will comeback once you have paid to bully and harass you into paying the same discount them had initially offered you.
