I received a call from this institution this morning..as it was a spam call, I didn’t answer, but on checking who they were, I phoned back. I have been left hanging. I see that they are debt collectors and service Jet and Cell C. Well, I have no account with Jet..never have done. I had an account with Edgar’s more than 30years back and that was closed after being settled in full. However, I see on my Clearscore account that there is a Jet query that has been removed ..on looking into this, I see that there is a correlation between Jet and Cell C, and I do have a contract with Cell C, which is fully paid every month. This contract has been in effect for around 20 years, but I see from other complaints, that these three companies seem to work hand in hand. I have tried to call Cell C…no luck. There is no easy way of contacting Jet either, but should I find that Cell C has a used my information, which seems to be the case, I certainly will not be renewing my contract with them when it expires this year as I cannot, in all good conscience do business with a company that has a sewed moral compass
