Do you know the law?

I have sent numerous correspondence to Aubrey Khadi and Allison Goordeen from Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates regarding an Mtn account that has fallen under Section 14(1) of the Prescription Act 68 of 1969. You are no longer entitled to claim any monies from me. Section 126B of the National Credit Act, Act No. 34 of 2005 (as amended), stipulates that no person may continue the collection of, or re-activate a debt under a credit agreement to which the National Credit Act (as amended) applies and which debt has been extinguished by prescription under the Prescription Act, Act No. 68 of 1969. The law is crystal clear!!!!! This account needs to be closed and a Prescription Letter issued to me urgently.
