DISRESPECT

Hi,

I have an account that is in arrears from wonga, it was handed over to Shapiro and i got my first call today from Tyniko in the morning...the guy was very friendly and i advised if he can come up with a payment plan for me as i got a pay cut at work...we agreed on that, and he advised that he would ask his manager for a 30% cut for 3 months and he would call me back tomorrow morning with the answer.

A minute ago, a lady by the name of Maria who advised that she is also calling with regards to my account that i had initially spoken to the previous guy about, decides to insult me about my account, i told her that i spoke to someone already about this and she just had the ***** to tell me to pay my account then hung up the phone! so my question is, just because im owing, does it give that person the right to disrespect???

I need an answer!
